Visit 1: The outpatient medical recordis drawn up;blood sample is taken for analyses; and biological material is taken for assessment (adipose tissue or bone marrow).

Visit 2: Itis planned in 2 or 4 weeks after Visit 1. This time is necessary for the laboratory to isolate mesenchymal stem cells from the patient's material and to culture stem cells up to the volume required. Then, the stem cell culture is administered intravenously to the patient; the stem cell dose is 2 million units per 1 kilogram of body weight.
